By combining respect for history with modern conservation principles, the Trustees
seek to ensure that these landscapes remain protected, resilient, and environmentally significant for generations
to come.
Governance Philosophy
The Trustees are committed to principles of:

The Board of Mentz Sovereign Natural Capital™ believes that preserving history and
protecting nature are complementary responsibilities. Through thoughtful governance and responsible stewardship,
the Trustees seek to ensure that the Company's historic environmental portfolio continues to contribute to
biodiversity, conservation, education, and the enduring appreciation of Europe's remarkable natural and cultural
